The Doheny Sunset Plaza Neighborhood Association (DSPNA) advocates for the interests of residents and property owners in our designated area.  We seek to elevate our quality of life by creating a connected community, increasing safety, restoring serenity, and addressing any impediments to our right to peaceful enjoyment of our surroundings.
