LAPD Cracks down on illegal parties

In recent NBC4 news coverage, DSPNA President Ellen Evans says that party houses have had “a huge impact" for people who live on streets that are "normally quiet." Under the Party House Ordinance owners and party organizers both can be fined. Repeat offenders can receive a citation and criminal prosecution with up to six months in jail.
